M.my of the items brought into the Bargain Boutique are sold on consignment. In such cases two thirds of Uie sale price is relumed to the original owner. Actually. 50 per cent of the total sales dollars is re turned to the community as the result of these consignment sales. The Boutique is completely staffed by volunteers from Twig Two.

Allen was one of the original organlrers of the American Rose Foundation, ser-ing as its first secretary and at fire sent as chairman of the Range Planning Committee of the Society, and also of the Rose Registration Committee.
