The body of Ervin D. McMillen, 56, of Hebron, was dis two-year probation. Three of the youths, of Thurs ton, were arrested April 14 by Sheriffs Sgt.

Elwood Phillips, for numerous thefts of auto parts and money from cars in Thurston, Baltimore and Lancaster, juvenile court officials said. Judge Hastings imposed a 90-day suspension of driver'! license on one of the three boys, who reportedly used his car in some of the thefts. The trio, authorities said, had been working in connection with' Ray Jackson. 20, Thurston, who entered pleas of guilty Thursday in Lancaster Municipal Court to six counts of petty larceny. Lancaster police picked up the other two youths, both of 'Bremen, who were wanted by authorities In Bremen for stealing five car batteries from the Welty Motor Sales there. Both boys were apprehended here April 14, the day the theft occurred. Juvenile authorities laid they had come -to Lancaster to attempt to sell the loot. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m.

at the Hebron Church of Christ with the Rev. Vanus Smith officiating. Friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home, Hebron, after 2 p.m. Sunday. The casket will remain closed.
