Union Good Friday interdenominational services, April 16, from 1 to 3 p. are planned by the First Presbyterian Church, Fifth Ave.

Robert C. Bowman, Presbyterian, the fourth and fifth Words; and the Rev. Harry C. Yaggi, Grace Church, the sixth and seventh, closing the services at his church on W. Wheeling was taken to the Lancaster-Fairfield hospital Saturday, night by the Fire Department emergency squad after being involved in a fight with his brother-in-law, Albert Hawkins, 437 E. Wheeling according to a police report today. Sims was still in the hospital today, reportedly suffering from injuries to the left eye and jaw. Ihe emergency squad reported he had been hit with a beer bottle.

Saturday, in her home, 605 Pierce after suffering a stroke at 9:30 a. m. that day. The fire department's emergency squad was called shortly before 7 p. but found Mrs.

Danison dead on arrival They used the resuscitator for five minutes. In the absence of both the coroner and acting coroner, Police Chief Sam Hutsler pronounced Mrs. Danison dead. Surviving are five sons: William and James Danison, both of Lancaster, Michael Danison, New Lexington, Walter and George, both of Columbus; four daughters: Mrs. Dorothy Miller, Wor-thington, Mrs.

Mary Campbell, Columbus, Mrs. Bertha Paskins," Sugar Grove, and Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Ailes, Lancaster: 24 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Kline, Somerset; three brothers: Thomas and Frank Metzger, both of Somerset, and Walter Metzger of Oklahoma. Mrs.

Danison was' a native of Somerset community. Services will 'be held Tuesday, 9 a. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church near Samerset, and burial made in St. Joseph's cemetery.

The body is at the Thomas funeral home in Somerset, where friends may call. James A. White Services will be held Tuesday, 2 p. m. in the Emerson funeral home, Kirkersville, for James A.

White, 66, Basil, who died Satur day, 8:05 p. m. in university nos-pital, Columbus, where he was a patient for 13 weeks, rle had been ill for five months. The Rev. Earl S.

Dunn of Kir kersville Methodist Church is to officiate, and burial will be made in Kirkersville cemetery. Friends are calling at the funeral home. Mr. white, who had lived in Basil for nearly 40 years, operated the filling station for Mauger Motor Sales there before his illness. He was born in Hamilton Licking County.

Survivors include his widow, Arvilla; four sons: Harold of Basil. James. Jr. of Thornville, Chas. Ray White.

Lancaster, and Ran dall of the home; 12 grandchildren, and one brother. Nicholas G. White, Cleveland. INFANT SON DIES Andrew James McLachlan, week-old son of Mr. and Mrs.

Robert H. McLachlan, River Edge N. died last night in Holy Name Hospital, River Edge. Funeral arrangements had not yet been made today. Besides his parents the baby is survived by one brother, Robert Godron, aged two, and his grandparents, Mr.

Pleads Not Guilty The two others are Elmer T. Burke, 54, Carroll Rt. 2, accused of drunken driving early Sunday on State Rt. 256 by a state high way patrolman, and he pleaded not guilty today. The case was continued to May 7, by Judge wmiam C.

Pickering. Jerry W. Elick, 66, Lancaster Rt. 5, arrested at 2:55 a. m.

Sun day by police cruisermen who re ported they chased him two miles in E. Main Pk. before getting him stopped. He posted $150 bond for appearance in court April 14 at iu a. m.

Bond, 59, Pleasant-ville, for passing another car on a hill crest last Wednesday on State Rt. 188, pleaded guilty, fined $10 and costs. An accident Saturday night in the W. Fair Ave. bridge between the 1953 sedan of Paul J.

Big-ham, 32, of 1319 Greylock and a 1948 convertible of Charles E. Roop, 19, Rockbridge, resulted in an injury to Bighanvs daughter, Paulett. 10. Bigham was to appear this afternoon in court on a charge of following another car too closely. Mrs.

Bert Hayslip, 28, of 1370 Frederick suffered facial bruises Saturday afternoon when a 1952 sedan driven by her husband, and a 1951 sedan operated by Howell E. Turner, 70, of 1324 E. Main figured in an accident in the 200 block of W. Mulberry St. Both drivers told police the accident occurred when another motorist, unidentified, ran a red light at an intersection causing Tamer to stop his car suddenly, and it then rolled back against Hayslips auto, according to police.

Arrest Two For Drunken Driving After Collisions State Highway Patrolmen arrested Halbert Huff, 41, Millers-port, and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, after an accident at 11:30 a. m. Saturday, two miles north of Carroll. Huff's car collided with a car driven by Jospeh Ceneskie, 26, Columbus. Huff was reported to be on the left side of the road.

No one was injured. Elmer Bunse, 54, Carroll, was arrested by the state Highway Patrol yesterday and charged with driving while Intoxicated. Arrest followed an accident half a mile east of Baltimore on Rt. 256 at 12:15 a. m.

Sunday. Burise, according to patrolmen struck a car driven by Thomas Starkey, 21, Pickerington. Property damage was only moderate. Both cars were moving west. Burise hit the rear of the Starkey car.

Elizabeth Croner, 29, Columbus, died at the Lancaster-Fairfield hospital at 9 p. m. Sunday, of a skull fracture and internal injuries incurred in an auto accident that day two miles northwest of Somerest. Her husband, Bert Croner, 34, traveling north on a wet highway, lost control of the car and struck an enbankment. The right door flew open, throwing his wife out.

The accident, reported by State Highway Patrol, occur red at a. m. George lL Reed George H. Reed, 93, died at 6 a. m.

today in his home, 513 Harrison Ave. 'He had been confined to bed for the past six months. Surviving are two sons: George of the home, and Vernon Reed, Lancaster; three daughters: Mrs. Stella Lauderbaugh, Columbus, Mrs. Edna Fry, Muncie, and Mrs.

Catherine Young, Celina; seven grandchildren; ten greatgrandchildren, and one brother, Corven Reed, Lancaster. Services will be held Thursday 2 p. m. in the Ray Wise funeral home, with the Rev. William O.

Norris of Fifth Ave. Church of Christ officiating. Burial is to be made in Forest Rose cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p. Tuesday.

William E. Weaver lihe death of William E. Weaver, 84, father of Harold E. Weaver, Basil funeral director, occurred Saturday, 10 p. at his home two miles south of Etna on Pataskala Rt.

5. He had been unconscious for a week, follow ing a cerebral thrombosis. Mr. Weaver, a farmer, is also survived by two other sons: Paul of Pickerington, and Barnette of Pataskala; two daughters: Mrs. Herman Durant, Pataskala, and Mrs.

Everett Steiger, Baltimore; four grandchildren; one brother, Herman Weaver, Basil; two half-brothers: Arthur Weaver, Basil, and Ivan Weaver, Columbus; two half-sisters: Mrs. Blanche Root, Waterloo, and Mrs. Grace Root, canal Winchester. Mrs. Nellie Weaver, wife of the deceased, died Dec.

31, 1943. Services will be conducted Tuesday, 2 p. in Mt. Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church near Basil, with the Rev. Waldo J.

Ernest Daubenmire, 237 E. Sixth was reported to be recovering from surgery at the University Hospital, Columbus. She was operated on last Tuesday. The Fire Department emergency squad rushed Theodore Unks, 16-months old son of Mr. and Mrs.

Theodore Unks, 653 E. King to the Lancaster-Fair field Hospital today at 9:17 a. m. The child, suffering from an in testinal ailment, was released to be cared for by a phyisician at his office. The Dead sea has almost dou ble the salt content of the Great Salt lake in Utah.
