Monson and the Fairfield Savings and Loan comThe plaintiff, who was pany. formerly Catherine E. Chaney, states that on February 21, 1929 and years prior she owned lot number seventeen in the Village of Havensport, Ohio. On this date Mrs. Hodges claims Lena Monson came to her home when plaintiff was sick and by misrepresentation coercion and fraudulent statements induced her to sign a deed for the said Conveying it to the defendant for a pretended consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration, which money was never paid to her.

The defendant refuses to reconvey the premises to the plaintiff a and the plaintiff uses the small house on the lot as her home and has for many years which is valued at $600. Wherefor, she prays that the deed from her to Lena Monson be set and cancelled.

Publicity Committee Planning To Sell Lancaster The Publicity Committee of the local Chamber of Commerce, met yesterday afternoon at three o'clock at the Chamber office headed by Mayor R. U. Hastings holding a general discussion on the subject of publicity mediums that will make Lancaster the cynosure of attraction of the fair state of Ohio. SO to speak. The duty of the publicity committee is not only to educate the townspeople as to the advantages, business, pleasure and historic value of their own city, but to sell it to the outsider, the commercial traveler, tourist and other pects.

Several mediums of publicity that would boost our community and attract the outsider within the walls of our own citadel were suggested and discussed, but no definite action taken. The purpose of the meeting being to take initial steps in planning a thorough and efficient publicity compaign that will accomplish the desired results -expressly to benefit our own merchants, business folk and townspeople by giving the outsider his money's worth, in both produce and things worth seeing. CLUBS DECIDE STATE FAIR REPRESENTATIVES The Fairfield County 4-H food clubs held their elimination contest Tiesday, at the Y. W. C. A. rooms to decide who should have the honor of representing them at the State Fair.

Edna McCandlish of the Sunshine Food club was chosen as the individual demonstrator and the Wide Awake Food Club will send the food demonstration team.
