The Ohio Light and Power which early in May secured a franchise for lighting tin- city under a new system in which tin: famous magnetic electric lamp was adopted Itegan Thursday to change from the old system to the new. The entire South Circuit is now on the new system and on next Monday the company expects to change the North circuit, and on Wednesday the West Side, or Pioneer Circuit. The new system will he found to be a great improvement over the old system and the people will he greatly pleased with the change.
